Back Porch Time with Dan is more than just a channel; it's a haven of encouragement for those facing life's challenges. With a mission to inspire and uplift, we create content that resonates with individuals dealing with disabilities, diseases, and limited mobility., or the remaindeer of the population who just needs encouragement from time to time.

It’s our passion to help someone see that tomorrow can be a little better than today, and as a result restore hope. 

Our motto, “having hope that tomorrow can be a little better than today” came from an interview I saw with some victims of hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. During the interview one of the people said that they didn’t have any hope that tomorrow would be any better than today. That really touched my heart at first because they were in such despair, but then I realized that’s how I felt many times too. I just wanted to remind myself and others that it never should be that way. We can always have hope even when we can’t see past the suffering.
